Basa AI is a social services marketplace connecting clients and independent professionals. By creating an account, you agree to use Basa lawfully, honestly, and respectfully.
Marketplace responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate job details. Professionals are responsible for accurate profiles, lawful qualifications, bids, availability, and completing agreed work. Basa does not employ marketplace professionals and does not guarantee a particular outcome.
Safety and prohibited content
Do not post fraud, scams, harassment, threats, sexual exploitation, illegal services, stolen work, dangerous content, spam, or material that violates another person’s rights. Users can report content and block accounts in the app. Basa may investigate, restrict, remove, or preserve content and suspend accounts to protect users or comply with law.
Bookings and payments
Confirm scope, price, location, timing, cancellation terms, and any legally required licences before work begins. Do not share passwords, OTP codes, or payment-card details in Basa messages. Any payment feature offered in the app will identify the applicable processor and terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload and give Basa a limited licence to host, display, process, and distribute it only as needed to operate, secure, and promote the service. You must have permission to upload the content.
Account termination
You can permanently delete your account in Profile → Settings and activity → Password and security. Basa may restrict accounts that violate these terms or threaten marketplace safety.
